What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. It's built into your device and can be activated instantly by scanning a QR code.
Which devices support eSIM?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many other devices. Check your device settings for eSIM capability.
How do I activate my eSIM?
After purchasing a plan, you'll receive a QR code via email. Simply scan it with your device's camera, follow the on-screen instructions, and your eSIM will be activated instantly.
Can I use eSIM and my regular SIM at the same time?
Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use both your regular SIM and eSIM simultaneously.
What happens if I run out of data?
You can easily purchase additional data plans through your account dashboard. We'll also send you notifications when you're running low on data.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies vary by plan. Generally, unused plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Activated plans are non-refundable. Please contact support for specific cases.
